Chalets in Protaras

'Hotel was netjes schoon. Zwembad prima en ruim voldoende ligbedjes. Bar met goede kaart. Ontbijt was goed, diner was oké.

'Perfect location, spotless, freindly staff and great price.'

'All the staff were very helpful and understood any questions and resolved them well. The room was cleaned every day. Would stay again'

'The hotel, its 5* facilities, and especially its staff stand out from the neighboring hotels and truly enhance your ability to relax and enjoy your holiday.'

'Sauber, sehr gute Lage und freundliches Personal. Strandtücher für das Meer'

'The property itself is perfectly adequate, with enough items to get by with. My issues were getting into the property, the response from the property just doesn't happen. If you've got questions good luck in finding the answers. They certainly don't respond through Expedia even though they tell you to message them on there. There is currently building work going on right at the side of the property, nobody informed me of this. Otherwise i wouldn't have booked this property and the builders...

'We had the best time. Loved location. Host was extremely helpful definitely booking again.'

'Excellent experience (95/100). Great hotel, very new and very clean, good food and really nice staff. Basically everything was great. The hotel is located a bit outside Protaras which I found very nice because it was calm. Also car parking works excellent. Loved the allocated sun bed system as well. housekeeping was also impeccable. Be aware that a proper sand beach is not right at the hotel (no problem for us). Only minor comments/improvement: - Breakfast is great, however not much...

'We stayed here as we were attending a wedding and this was close to the venue. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was aircon and a mini fridge in the room which was helpful. The downsides were the food was not the best quality and choice. We only paid for bed and breakfast but did eat dinner one evening and found that there was a lack of choice. The dessert option was literally one cake so if you were lactose...

'Amazing stay at this hotel, we would 100% return. We booked a partial sea view room and were upgraded to a full sea view room which was a lovely surprise, the view was great and the room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the restaurant. We had the all inclusive package, all drinks are included and the lunch menu in particular was great. The ONLY thing I disliked about the experience was that people were actually running for sun beds on a morning...

'The hotel is amazing, clean, good size, the pool was a good size. Check in was very smooth and easy. Room was spectacular and spacious, clean. There is so much cupboard space the mini fridge in the room was good. Food was amazing '

'I emailed to inform them I was vegan. My first breakfast nothing for me. Improved on my 2nd breakfast. I would say all the food was average. '
