'El hotel se encuentra muy lejos y en una zona en donde no hay mucho comercio. Necesitas un vehículo. En general el hotel es cómodo pero un poco viejo. Cuando llegamos no había personal que atendiera en recepción, todo fue con instrucciones y claves de acceso. El personal del restaurante muy amable.'

The airport shuttle was hard to arrange and get someone to pick you up or drop you off. I realize this is not the fault of the worker bees but a management issue. Both the breakfast and shuttle were part of the reason we booked the room after our flight got delayed until the next day. It all worked out but I wouldn't go looking...

'The girl working the registration check in counter was not friendly. We came from out of town and were not familiar with valet parking and certain things about your hotel. She gave us snobby responses as we should know things. The guy that helps with the luggage jumped in and was nice and guided us.'

'The space was just what we needed to rest in the summertime while my kids went to camp at the Brandywine Battlefield. We did have an AC system that did not work until the next to last day and we were given another room. Other than that the pool was great, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean.'
