'The place is awful. It is NOTHING like the listing indicates! The room needed repairs & had nothing but a horrible old bed to sit on. It was cold, dark & depressing. There were dogs running all around the place & mating right in front of the room! Chickens, ducks & roosters crowing frim 3am on! NO free breakfast. No one soeaks English! The food in the restaurant is disgusting! In the middle if nowhere with nothing in walking distance & no public transportation. Like being on a farm with a bunch...

'Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and ideal location. Very relaxing rooms. Very, very close to the church and bus station going to and from Foggia. Food is delicious in restaurant downstairs. I will stay here again when I return to San Giovanni.'

'Super clean, very helpful host'

'Nice check in. We got an upgrade. This was a surprise because we paid almost 200 euro's a night. A lot of money but for the cheapest room. . Still staff helpful in lobby (on the companies wifi). After all a nice experience. We had two very nice dinners in the hotel. Great with a wunderful view. The staff was great. '

'Beautiful room. New interior to a very historic building. Not a complaint, but the listing did not make you aware that the building is inaccessible by car, even for dropping off luggage. Closest drop off point is 3 blocks away, downhill. Street parking is available with 5 blocks and garage parking is further away. While this place is wonderful, it is not a place for people with limited mobility.'
