« This place was absolutely amazing. The staff was great.They went above and beyond anything that we asked. We loved the sauna, their pool and the little walking trails. They have live music on saturday night, that we quite enjoyed. We cannot wait to book our next day there. »

« Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The Angel at Rose Hall was a wonderful experience: the hosts are very kind and accommodating, the fresh coffee and homemade breakfasts were delightful, the king size bed was very comfortable with soft/high quality linens, the room was beautiful, very spacious, quiet and private balcony. Did not expect turn-down service or homemade treats nightly! This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend, will stay here again!!! »

« Adorable little village, easy to find, easy to park. There was an odor that remained throughout our stay, it smelled like cheap liquor, and while not foul, it was mildly unpleasant. The walk to Basin Park is much longer than 8 min, more like 18. »

« The carpet is dirty and stained from years of use. The shower has mold growing along the top. The shower drain is slow and filled with hair. Mysterious stains on walls that need to be cleaned and painted. Furniture is stained. Spiders literally crawled out of the bed. It was disgusting. I don’t know how this hotel received good ratings which was one of the reasons I chose this place. I feel like I was deceived by Expedia. »
