« We stayed 3 nights and I can’t get back there soon enough! We were only scheduled for 2 nights but loved it so much we extended our stay- we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave. The room we stayed in was Raphael and I cannot say enough good about it. The balcony was my favorite. It was huge and had a porch swing as well as 2 other chairs. « We loved that the room had its own personality and was very comfortable. We needed our breakfast an hour early and they were happy to accommodate us; it was also delicious! Good coffee, too. Having an assigned parking space was very helpful due to the scarcity of good parking near the walkable downtown area. If we get a chance to visit Eureka Springs again, we would love to stay here again. »

« We came on New Year Eve. There was no heat, they had a shear bedspread, the door had a area that let cold air came in. We put our coat on to sleep. We ended up leaving around 0700 to go home. They have no front desk or number posted to call. »

« We booked primarily for the pool and hot tub for spring break. The hot tub was closed with chairs and yellow tape around it. The pool was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. The property in general was dirty and deteriorating. We didn't expect new but clean and maintained. It's a big no for us. »

« Stayed at this motel twice now. Both times were good. Beds are super soft, almost too soft lol out of 5 pillows 4 were hard and flat. The rooms are a bit outdated but you get what you pay for so not bad overall. Will stay again. »
