'Het is een hele mooie villa hier en daar wat onderhoud nodig. Mensen waren erg behulpzaam en zijn verder niet moeilijk er mag veel. Mooi zwembad erbij . Alleen de omgeving is minder veel gedumpt afval . Maar wel een aanrader'

'We stayed here in Capri for a 60th birthday celebration. The rooms were all comfy with great AC.We were very happy with all the outdoor space and the landscaping and views are stunning. Everyone was so kind from the cab drivers (Lino and Carlo). Tiziana was a great help and the owner Federico checked on us to make sure we were happy. Thanks for the great memories! '

'This updated apartment is an easy walk from the marina, especially given that most places require a steep climb. The view from the pool/patio is stunning. Air conditioning worked great. Bathrooms were modern and clean. Kitchen is well outfitted. Communication with owner is excellent. Recommend highly!!'

'This villa is spectacular. The inside is so airy and bright. Everything was super clean. The rental agency did some grocery shopping for us at no extra charge. They were very responsive on whatsapp. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The patios and pool deck were amazing. Highly recommend and would return. '

'The place is a nice house but the walk with luggage is tough! Even if you can find a cab right to the street it is a steep hill that takes 5-10 mins that has to be climbed each day to go do something. Make sure you are in good shape if you rent this house. Besides that the house is great and check in process perfect. I had to rent a hotel room as well because my husband was not able nor willing to do the walk in and out each day and night.'

'Good quiet location on the south side of the island with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. Hosts were very accommodating. Equal distance to the Capri city center and Marina Piccola, about 15 min to walk the stairs or you can take the bus from a stop nearby. Our family enjoyed our stay here.'

'We hebben hier een heerlijke vakantie gehad. De villa is een oase van rust, met een prachtig zwembad en een sfeervolle tuin waar je echt tot jezelf komt. Dankzij de centrale ligging is het een ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Napels, Pompeii en de indrukwekkende Reggia di Caserta. Supermarkten en gezellige restaurants liggen op korte afstand, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakt. Een plek waar stilte, schoonheid en gemak samenkomen — absoluut een aanrader!'

'Great property and the host Ettore is very helpful. Many good recommendations and helps connect you with local services. We enjoye this oasis from the busier parts of Capri and Anacapri. Unforgiving walk down to the Blue Grotto - we would definitely return here!!'

'We had a wonderful stay in Ischia with our family. There were 9 of us and the villa was perfect. It was a great location near the port, Fiorenzo was very helpful throughout our stay. The grounds of the property were amazing with awesome views in all directions. We enjoyed the sauna, pool and grill. A great time was had by all!'

'Beautiful views, a moments walk to a really great well stocked supermarket, right on the bus line for Capri, Anacapri or down to the harbour, 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and coffee in the kitchen. Felt like a taste of being a local - everything was clean and well looked after. Outdoor seating areas were 5 star and even has a hot tub and sun lounge chairs. Great place for a group of adults or a family. '
