« Clean but dated room. Had trouble with noisy neighbours and the night porter tried to sort it but wasnt to be....however the manageress Gillian was great sorting a free replacement stay. »

« Kitchen could have used a bigger pan/pot, no mirror in the bathroom. Bedsheets were dirty and covered in hair on arrival, forced to sleep on the couch for the first night. But housekeeping resolved the issue quickly on the next day »

« Was disappointed as I booked with Expedia, expecting to be able to use the facilities at the hotel. On checking in, I enquired about the facilities and was informed that if I had booked directly with the hotel, I would have been able to use the pool and gym and get breakfast included. To use the gym and pool, I would have to pay extra. »

« Our overnight stay was excellent. Check in was really simple and the host really friendly. Our room was spacious and clean with a lovely comfy bed and well designed ensuite shower room. A nice light and airy room. Breakfast was superb and piping hot. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend. »
