'withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

'Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house.'

'We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in mei 2023. Wij waren met 3 gezinnen, waaronder 6 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en op de mooiere dagen kon er dan ook al prima gezwommen worden. 'Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée pour accueillir du monde : les chambres sont confortables, le nombre de salles de bain et de toilettes est idéal, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin offre un cadre paisible, idéal pour profiter du beau temps.La proximité du lac est un atout supplémentaire.Un grand merci à Pauline et Xavier pour leur accueil ! 'Ik zou 10 willen geven voor de locatie, moderne keuken en badkamer en de mooie, gezellige woonkamer. Als er niet was daar een dikke laag vogelpoep op de trappen en voor de deur. En als de manager na onze vraag niet heeft gezegd dat dit geen zijn werk was. We hebben de trap gepoetst en van ons verblijf genoten, maar een ontevreden gevoel blijft.'

'The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. 'Notre séjour en famille à été très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et la situation entre le lac d'Annecy et le lac du Bourget permet de varier les plaisirs.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rendre visite à Pompon :) '

'A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.'

'Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. Would definitely want to return.'
