Villa's in Primo Tapia

'Very clean, the common areas and the unit where we stayed at, but very outdated, not pleasant to see. It was ok for our 1-night stay. For starters, the way to get to the unit, it's a very dangerous spiral stairs that don't feel very secure. The door knob to enter into the unit was not secured properly (wiggly) and not easy to open since the key would get stuck. The closet of the room smelled like mold due to a hole in the wall that is right behind the bathroom, where the tub is placed. Pillows...

'I thought it was a stand alone home but it's not. It was the 3rd story of a building and very narrow dirty and steep stairs took us up which passed strangers sitting and eating on their balcony. Unit didn't have all things for cooking and needed to be rewashed for sure. Don't leave anything on the balcony because it will be gone!'

'Excellent Villa, great ocean views, wonderful location. Myself and my family had a great time. Very safe, easy check in, very peaceful and quiet. Everything you would need to enjoy your trip. Michaela was awesome, great host. '

'The villa is perfect for families. We stayed for July 4th weekend so it was very busy, especially the pool and jacuzzi. My husband and I skipped it since it was so crowded. Power went out in the area for about an hour on Saturday night around 9:30 pm. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the villa. Beautiful sunset view. The host had excellent communication during check in and check out. I will definitely came back.'
