'A very new and clean one bedroom, one bath apartment, above the garage of a beautiful home in the Prescott, AZ pines. Has a great view from the deck. We enjoyed the cool weather playing pickle ball at Pioneer Park, visited Whiskey Row downtown, golfed 9 holes in Dewey, AZ & had some great meals at Gurley Street Grill & Marino's Mob (highly recommend both). Lori was a great host and even supplied some decaf coffee at my request.'

'This is a beautiful home. There is a porch overlooking the town and mountains. The birds are plentiful. Great place for morning coffee or night wine. There is a fire pit for s'mores. Very nice. If you have more than 1 family there is an adjoining apartment for rent. I would think of renting this too next time. You won’I would definitely stay here again! '

'The property was as cute as pictured/described. We loved the attention to detail! There were charging hubs on either nightstand, as well as a noise machine on one. The decor seemed quite professional, very well done. I would be surprised if it was a DIY. We enjoyed our stay, immensely. If I had any critiques, it would be that there was only 1 microwave safe plate. I also would have liked more washable-linen covered pillows. There was only 2. 'The room was spacious with a lot of wonderful daylight. The deck was lovely for morning coffee and the kitchen was well stocked, so we did not have to bring a lot of items. Finishes were a bit older but charming and property was very clean. There was a nice fireplace, but we did not have a chance to use it. Would be great to have a full length mirror, but not a top priority.'
