Located in the heart of Prescott just blocks away from historic downtown square.

This home offers 2 bedroom 2 bath with1329 sq ft of open-concept living with an attached Garage.

The living area has a comfy sectional with recliners on each end, an oversized chair, a TV with a fire stick, and a fireplace for those cozy winter nights. It opens up to the kitchen that has a dining table and chairs, and 4 bar stools. Plenty of room for family and friends.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner. It also has newer stainless steel appliances.

The Master bedroom has a new comfy King size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

The guest bedroom has a new comfy queen size bed, a 50" smart TV with a fire stick, a walk-in closet, and an attached bathroom.

We also have a full-size desk and chair for those wanting to get away on a working vacation.

The cozy back patio has enough seating for six and has a Weber Bar B Q for all of your grilling needs.

HOUSE RULES

We have worked hard to create a nice space for our guests. Make yourself at home, enjoy your stay, and please treat it with care & respect.

Absolutely NO PETS of any kind. If you are caught with a pet there will be a $500 fine, coupled with any damages that may have been caused by that pet.

No unregistered guests on the property without prior approval from hosts. Subject to $50 fine per person if rule is broken.

Book it-You won't be disappointed
My husband, mom and I stayed here so we could attend a wedding. This house was in a great location. The house is well cared for and the owners were great. Easy walk to Whiskey Row and restaurants. The house was unexpectedly fully stocked with drinks, snacks, etc. The owners thought of everything. The house is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable! We have already said we will be back to visit family and we will no doubt stay here again! Don't question it, just book this one. You will be comfortable!

A touch of luxury
A bit of luxury at the end of our road trip. This house was spacious, very well equipped, great decor, a garage and loads of little extras added by the owners. It is only a 20 minute stroll from the centre in a quiet area just off the main road and was perfect for our short stay. Watson lake and Goldwater lakes are both nearby and well worth a visit. The owners were really helpful and very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house.

Perfect stay
I am a frequent traveler. I try to stay with premier hosts even though my experiences vary with what that means. This place is top notch, not only in the quality of the property but in the professionalism of the host. The little "touches" provided were more like staying at a hotel. The neighborhood is fine other than a little far for this old guy to walk from Whiskey Row. Would highly recommended staying at this property.

Beautiful Home
This home is beautiful! The decor was really lovely, the living room was cozy, the kitchen was well appointed with extras (kids loved the snacks) and had seating for all. The bedrooms were great size with large closets and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have two bathrooms that also had nice extras and plenty of towels. Having games (new Mancala fans) and the ability to sign onto our own steaming devices was convenient for our down time. Conveniently located close to downtown and everything that we needed to do. Thank you it was an enjoyable stay. We will DEFINITELY be back.
