'This property is a comfortable, cozy studio adjoining the main house and true to the listing description. It is located in a unique, hilly, quiet neighborhood where homes are built into the rocky boulder studded hillsides with great views! The location is convenient for groceries, pharmacy/emergency needs, ERAU, a great dog park, hiking and short drive to downtown Prescott. The hosts are what also make this a wonderful experience! 'We loved everything about this property. The views are breathtaking and the balcony is a perfect spot to have morning coffee. Top of the line interior that has been tastefully decorated. They put together a most impressive information binder filled with area activities, attractions, restaurants and brochures. We’ll be back again.'

'I was told by the owner to bring bedding to cover all furniture and a vacuum to pick up pet hair. A pet friendly hotel is better choice. The room is small. The parking is fine if you drive a Smart car. Never again.'

'Broken furniture, cob webs everywhere, toilet that needs a deep cleaning, hair and a used washcloth in the shower, shades that didn't work. By far, this has been one of the worst places to stay. For the price, there was no effort by the owner to even clean the place. '

It would be nice if the furniture was more oriented to the windows and the views, but I understand why it is arranged as it is. 'Absolutely, the cutest most well stocked log cabin ever. Perfect environment in a mini Glenn with lots of plants and flowers. Walking distance to the rodeo grounds. Fantastic stay.'
