Located close to Positano on the Amalfi Coast, Villa Dani is a modern sea-facing villa with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The perfect retreat for families or groups of friends, this exquisitely furnished villa lies near to the picturesque village of Praiano.

You will find shops and restaurants within walking distance and the nearby bus stop provides easy access to Amalfi and Ravello. Highlights in the area include the sandy beach in Positano (7 km), the super-cool Africana Famous nightclub in Praiano, and the Path of the Gods hiking route which offers heart-stopping views of the Amalfi Coast.

Villa Dani (230 sqm) develops over two levels connected by a spiral staircase.

The villa consists of a bright open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen with a central island.

In the sleeping area, you will find five double bedrooms and five bathrooms as well as one guest bathroom (with toilet):
- One double bedroom (with double bed, flat-screen TV, dressing table, window with a sea
view) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet)
- One double bedroom (with double bed, flat-screen TV, full-length mirror, dressing table,
French windows to a sea view terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin,
toilet)
- One double bedroom accessed via a spiral staircase (with double bed, flat-screen TV,
window with a sea view) with an in-room bathtub and a private sitting room
- One double bedroom (with double bed and French windows to the garden) with ensuite
bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet)
- One double bedroom (with double bed, flat-screen TV, dressing table, French windows to a
sea view terrace) with ensuite bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet).

The villa also features an indoor heated indoor pool (3.15m x 5.35m; depth 1m; open all year) and a softly lit spa area (with sauna and shower).

Outside, you will find a sea-facing garden overlooked by a panoramic terrace with a water feature and ceramic-tiled seating area. On one side of the garden, you will find a shady dining area (with a table seating 10 and small outdoor kitchen). On the other side, you will find a lawned area with a swimming pool (3.6m x 7.2m; depth 1 m; open from 1 April to 31 October), sun loungers and a seating area.
