Really good place between Positano and Praiano!!! Nice area to hang out with a nice swimming pool and our room was perfect with jacuzzi in our bathroom and a balcony with a perfect view of Positano and Praiano. Staff did any thing to keep you well served and supper attentive to all our needs

I could not recommend this hotel enough. Everything was exceptional from the staff, the shuttle service, the food and the property itself is an absolute dream! You definitely get what you pay for. I hope one day I can come back.

I stayed with my boyfriend and it’s the best hotel we ever stayed at. We did not want to leave the hotel - stunning views throughout the property, nice pool and the restaurant was amazing, a very romantic dinner on the terrace.

We arrived in the evening after travelling from Relais and chateau Caesar Augustus in Ana Capris. We had rented 2 rooms for nearly the same price as the previous hotel which was truly spectacular. Theodora and Samuel at reception were very unfriendly and made a joke about how they didn’t know who we were, we asked about dinner options and they advised if we left the hotel there would be no way to get home. They also said there were no restaurants for pizza and pasta. The hotel is practically in the middle of no where and the car service does not operate after 7.30pm. We took a chance and left and found a restaurant and the lovely people in the town helped us with some numbers of cab companies to get home, I think a 5 star property should have a service to get its guests to and from the restaurants especially being located in the middle of no where. The actual property is lovely and the staff was overall very nice but this is by no means 5 star service. If you want to go somewhere and be a prisoner there this place is for you!

Our hotel is reachable by cars and offers complimentary parking facility and in addition provides, on schedule, a complimentary shuttle service either to Positano, Praiano and to the beach area of La Praia. Service which was reserved to your family both evenings of your stay. Although you express some disappointment, we hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future so that we can demonstrate the high level of service we are renowned for.

Hotel e bacana, mas a parte do shuttle é complicada, se estiver sem carro, pois tem Horários estabelecidos e limita muito, pois se não utilizar o shuttle, terá que pegar táxi que é um absurdo de caro. O hotel é muito bom!

Hotel não vale o preço que cobra. Principalmente para brasileiros. O quarto tem um nível baixíssimo. Acabamos escolhendo esse hotel pela vista, mas o quarto em si foi uma decepção enorme. Não havia nem máquina de café, em um hotel de mais de 1.000 dólares a diária. Não vale a pena considerando que muitos outros hotéis com valores muito menores também tem uma vista bonita.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights, second week of October. The hotel is halfway between Positano and Priano. The Hotel is beautiful, and staff are super friendly. The indoor pool is absolutely beautiful and also has a spa. The hotel restaurant has some amazing food. It's a very romantic hotel setting, not for a family vacation. It is about a 10minute car ride to Positano. The shuttle service was great when we were there, not sure how they would manage if the hotel was very busy. If not its a 40 euro taxi ride each way - to Positano. Need to consider this if you are not planning eating every night at the hotel restaurant.

Hidden gem. Very accommodating -especially the chef who worked with our dietary restrictions to perfection. They claim they have a fitness center but it’s a broken treadmill and a jump rope. That was the disappointing part.

This is not a 5 star hotel! The rooms are not as advertised, the service is terrible. Really bad experience here, would avoid. Not worth the price!

Make sure you get what you paid for
The location is great. The views are stunning from all angles. The building, food and customer service (for the most part) are premium and top notch. The driver Antonio is the best person ever! The only thing that took away from the experience was that they did not make us aware that the outdoor pool was unavailable during our stay (because this is a UNESCO site, they must rebuild the pool each year for the summer high season). We checked in May 29th and the pool was still not ready. On top of that, they were doing construction on this season's pool all throughout our stay and right outside our $1200 CAD/nt suite each day until 7pm at night making noise and shouting back and forth making it impossible to relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the large seascape patio that we paid for. When paying these kinds of prices, normal for Amalfi, you'd expect to get everything that's advertised in the pictures. It's not the hotels fault that they didn't have the outdoor (facing the coast) pool ready in time for our stay, but some notice of the fact would have allowed us to be less disappointed before arrival. To add insult to injury, the noise of construction works until late into the evening really made it tough to not leave this review. If you decide to stay here make sure to confirm with the hotel if both pools are available before your planned arrival.

Super nice. Highly professional staff. Giuseppe the manger called as he noticed we were late. Gave great recommendations Couldn’t have been any more of a “ pro” Hotel was special. Location just outside the crowded area made it even better A must do if considering a hotel here

Great view but a bit off location. Great staff
The suite with extra size Terrasse was beautiful however the cleaning was not spotless. We found several hair in the bathroom and bed which probably came from the cleaning staff nur for 900€ a night we expected a bit more.

The property is absolutely beautiful. It is well situated between Praiano and Positano and with the free shuttle service it was easy to get to each town and be picked up when requested. It is quiet (only 27 rooms) but has all the ammenities we were looking for including an inside and outside pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Do not stay at this property! It’s so overpriced. It’s not a 5 star hotel. The hotel is so overpriced that it was difficult to enjoy. Huge mistake to stay there for $2,000 a night I expected to be treated like royalty and have the best experience. Rough linens on the bed, uncomfortable bed. No small room for our son. It was one giant room instead. The AC barely makes the room cold. I would not stay here again. This hotel is ripping off Americans who are paying way too much to stay there. Small pool, no towels at the pool. No staff to wait on you at the pool. The owners are always around but they don’t really act hospitable.

No shower
Overall hotel was ok but the cost benefit compared to others at the same price point is lower. Also know that there is no indoor shower in the rooms, just a jacuzzi with a shower head good for rinsing while sitting in the tub. There is an outdoor shower on the balcony but visible to outsiders.

Ein unschlagbares Hotel, Lage phantastisch, tolles Ambiente super Blick, tolles Frühstück und hochwertige Küche. Sehr nettes Personal. Shuttle Service in die Orte, denn man kann nicht parken. Jederzeit wieder.
