We stayed at this hotel with spa reservations booked for both of us, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. We had traveled a long distance that day, and the evening spa appointment was something we were truly looking forward to and desperately needed.
However, immediately after arriving, we were informed that the spa was unavailable due to a technical issue. The reception staff claimed that the manager had contacted us earlier, but we never received any call, email, or message whatsoever.
The hotel then offered to cover taxi expenses so we could visit another location for the spa instead. After a long and exhausting trip in very cold weather, my wife and I were simply too tired for that option and decided to stay in the room, take a warm shower, and rest instead.
Unfortunately, the hot water in our room was also not working. We were forced to spend the entire night without being able to shower at all. To make matters worse, the reception closed at 8 PM, and there was absolutely no way to contact anyone for assistance afterward.
The next morning, we spoke with a manager named Dominic. He apologized for the situation and promised us a partial refund as compensation. However, even after we returned home, that promise was never fulfilled.
We are extremely disappointed with the level of service and handling of this situation. This was not a minor inconvenience — it completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing stay after a long journey. I am leaving this
