Schoeps Residence is surrounded by magnificent, renovated tenement houses that create a picturesque and prestigious landscape. The neighbourhood is bustling with life, while also offering intimate corners to relax in.



A short walk will take you to the bustling Old Market Square (approx. 100 m), where you can hear the hustle and bustle and the chiming of the clock on the Town Hall – a historical gem with the famous Poznań goats on its façade. There are many excellent restaurants and atmospheric cafés around the Market Square. The area is very pedestrian-friendly, with well-maintained pavements and plenty of greenery in nearby parks, such as Fryderyk Chopin Park (approx. 500 m) – perfect for a peaceful stroll.
