'I enjoyed a very refreshingly peaceful stay at the Trailside Inn for a solo Christmas vacation. The accommodating staff, healthy breakfast to fuel all-day skiing, and high-pressure hot showers were among my favorite aspects. The two-night stay felt more like a week. This is such a bargain for those that know true class and value.'

'I had trouble getting in and out of the inner roads around the buildings and had to wait to use my rental car until the bus traffic cleared Old Mill Rd. to slush. This made me kind of locked in, but the bus service to and from the ski lodges did make it possible to ski.
