'Kiva was a great stay for the weekend! We had a clean room with plenty of towels. We appreciated the second entrance to the parking lot. We had a room close to the lobby, which was a little noisy even after 10 pm quit hours; not a deal breaker, but if you have an early bedtime or are a light sleeper, I'd recommend requesting a room farther from the lobby! Easy access to the highway and 5-10 minutes from Old Town/Downtown. Overall, a decent stay!'

'The room was clean and it had everything that you needed from a basic room. The motel was definitely old but they did update some of the stuff in the room like the locks and flooring. The clientele is a bit sketchy but that's not the motel's fault. It is absolutely a 1960s motel with doors that face the outside. The updated lock was nice. They had a pedestal sink in the bathroom which was not useful. We ended up putting our toothbrushes and other toiletries on the desk outside of the bathroom....

'Room was much smaller than we thought - comfortable enough but we were holding onto our CSU kid’s luggage and it was tight quarters, Great location near FoCo however parking was a huge pain - had to set the alarm to move the car every morning before 8 and couldn’t always find street parking close by at night.'

'I’m normally a Marriott guy but would stay here ina heartbeat again. Beats any of the courtyard, Fairfield, and spring hill brands. Upgraded room amenities like towels, bedding, etc. it’s a converted motel but they did such a nice job with it. Great value and location to campus.'

'Hot ! No airco (didn't work) 88 degrees in the room. No fridge and no microwave in the room although confirmed at booking! No plug in the bathtub so couldn't use it and very poor TV signal , just a few channels available.'

'We absolutely loved our stay at The Armstrong! We were there for three nights, and while it was definitely a bit of a splurge, I loved every moment of it. The location in Old Town Fort Collins is fantastic, the staff was wonderful, and our room was comfortable and beautiful. The bed was amazing, but I have to give a special shout-out to the shower.
