The interiors preserve the distinctive character of traditional Positano homes, with elegant masonry arches, fine wooden furnishings and spacious, harmonious living areas. Large glass doors fill the rooms with natural light and connect the living room to the outdoor spaces, creating a seamless transition between the comfort of the home and the beauty of the surrounding landscape.



The property accommodates up to four guests and features a comfortable, peaceful double bedroom with air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe. The bright and generous living room includes a comfortable double sofa bed for two additional guests, while the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas hob, microwave and dishwasher, provides everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals independently. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, a particularly convenient amenity for longer stays.



Yet it is outdoors that Scorcio d’Oltremare reveals its most enchanting side. The private patio, overlooking the sea and the picturesque Fornillo area, is a little haven of tranquillity adorned with plants and Mediterranean greenery. Sun loungers invite you to spend relaxing moments under the sunshine, while the outdoor table and seating provide the perfect setting for breakfast in the fresh air, a leisurely lunch or simply a few peaceful hours admiring the view. The location allows you to reach the centre of Positano within a few minutes, where characteristic narrow streets, boutiques, restaurants and breathtaking viewpoints reveal the unique charm that has made this destination famous around the world. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property and its private outdoor areas. Reaching the entrance involves approximately 15 steps from the main road, a typical feature of homes in Positano. Parking is not included, although paid parking is available at one of the town's secure parking facilities. We recommend arranging your arrival in advance, particularly during the high season.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM and your arrival time must be agreed upon in advance, as there is no 24-hour reception. A member of our team will personally welcome you, explain the property's features and share useful information and recommendations to help you discover Positano and the Amalfi Coast. Upon arrival, every guest must present a valid identification document for the mandatory registration with the Italian State Police. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.



Arrivals after 8:30 PM are subject to a late check-in fee: €30 from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, €50 from 10:30 PM to midnight, and €80 from midnight to 2:00 AM.



The tourist tax established by the Municipality of Positano is €2.50 per person per night and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
