It is also suitable for guests with limited mobility
A bedroom on the first floor, with a private bathroom featuring a shower, allows all guests to enjoy a relaxing vacation in our home. The shower is completely flush with the floor, with no steps or obstacles—convenient and easy to use. Access to the terrace is also level.
A particularly important detail: all bathrooms in the house feature floor-level showers. Whichever room you choose, you can always count on the same high level of comfort.

Three spacious bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds invite you to enjoy relaxing and rejuvenating nights. The two bedrooms on the upper floor are equally spacious and elegantly furnished: a true retreat, ideal for couples and families.

The upper floor is entirely dedicated to wellness. Here, a private wellness area awaits you, featuring a spacious sauna and comfortable lounge chairs for relaxation.
After a day spent by the water or surrounded by nature—or simply when you want to treat yourself to a break—you can unwind and recharge. The sauna creates a true spa atmosphere, right in your vacation home.

From almost every room, you can admire the Üselitzer Wiek and the biosphere reserve in southern Rügen. No house blocks the view, no building interrupts the panorama—just water, nature, and sky.
