'Room was clean, had an excellent bed and a terrific bathroom. Hotel was nice and quiet, no hearing other rooms TVs or chat. Complimentary chocolate and gin was also a nice touch. Central location means you are only a short walk from the Harbour, Train Station and the beach. Only negative of the room was the heating/air conditioning. Heating was a radiator which was very warm but with no air conditioning we struggled to cool the room down even with the window open and we visited end of February...

'Luxe verblijf. Portrush mooi kustplaatsje, niet zo ver van Giant's Causeway. Ontbijt viel iets tegen, koffie matig (voor niet-Britten), keuze niet overweldigend.'

'Gunstig gelegen in het 'centrum' van Portrush. Klassiek (oud) hotel, maar daardoor wel gezellig ogend. Goed bed, maar alleen op vrijdag en zaterdag hebben ze in het restaurant beneden altijd een activiteit en dat hoor je door het hele hotel. Let hier op als je een slechte slaper bent.'

'Nigel's place was ideal for our needs, a short tour of the Causeway coast. The room was large, the bed comfortable, lovely bathroom and a very friendly welcome with off street parking and tea, coffee and biscuits supplied. It put the 4* hotel we stayed at in Belfast the night before to shame, it was much better. Highly recommended'
