Charming two-bedroom apartment in a convenient area of Portoferraio, very close to both the town center and the beautiful white-rock beaches such as Le Ghiaie, Capo Bianco, Le Viste, and Padulella. The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor of a building. It features a spacious double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, and oven, and a bright living room with a 50-inch LCD TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a lovely balcony with sea view.

The town center can be reached on foot, though the walk is a bit steep. From the house, you reach the main road via a long staircase.
