'Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au mois d'août (4 adultes et 3 enfants de 1 à 6 ans). Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons constaté des tuiles cassées tenant en équilibre sur le toit. La cuisine était envahie de fourmis et trés petite et peu équipée.Les salles de bain ne contenaient aucun tapis de bain et la pression de l'eau quasi inexistante.La bombonne de gaz était presque vide.Plusieurs luminaires de l'extérieur ne fonctionnaient pas. Le luminaire de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas non plus...

'Location was great for the city of Fertilia. 15 minute drive to Alghero. Beautifully decorated with the owners personal artwork. Farmers market on Saturday for clothes and other items like CHEESE. Location being walkable for restaurants in Fertilia so you don’t need to deal with all the cars and traffic in Alghero. Be aware of parking- not a lot of it and I apparently parked in a ZTL zone. Cost me 30 euros. Lastly owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs.'
