Since we are located within a residential complex, it is important to follow its rules, which will be provided to the guest at check-in regarding neighborly conduct policies.

When arriving at the condominium, please provide identification details for all occupants and any visitors at the gate. We also kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines: Fireworks are not allowed; Respect the speed limit of 30 km/h within the condominium; After 10 pm, the noise limit is 55 dB (subject to a fine).
