Wonderful apartment with mezzanine located on a first floor, without elevator, in the center of Porto. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a few pleasant days, with many attractions within walking distance and a wide range of public transport to take you anywhere in the city. The apartment is located on a main street, just 450 meters from Trindade metro station, and is within easy walking distance of Porto's main sights and attractions.

The living room is modernly decorated and features a Smart TV, a comfortable sofa -bed and a dining table for 4.

The Kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, kettle and coffee maker (coffee not included).

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the property with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The city of Porto is the second largest city - and considered the northern capital of Portugal. The historic center is endowed with a remarkable set of monuments and unique architecture that extends along the banks of the Douro River.
Named in 1996 as a Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, it is the main production center of the remarkable wine of Porto - where you can go to wineries in Vila Nova de Gaia to see the process of ripening wine and even savor it!
It also has the wonderful Avenida dos Aliados, an important street in the parish of Santo Ildefonso, in the city of Porto.

If you are traveling by plane from Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport, there are a few options to go to the property.

￫ Metro
The cheapest is, by far, the metro with a trip between 25 and 30 minutes. The nearest metro station (Trindade) is a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

￫ Cars
Taxi or Uber is also a possibility, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can arrange a Transfer Service that awaits you at the airport (subject to extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
