The Space:

The flat, located on the first floor at Rua do Paraíso 57, Porto, features a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for couples or solo travellers. The living room, which has a sofa bed, offers flexibility for accommodating additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, hob and fridge, as well as crockery and cutlery, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. The en-suite bathroom has all the amenities, including towels, a hairdryer and toiletries. The apartment features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a lift, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire flat, which includes a private bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen. The flat features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. It is located on the first floor and is accessible by lift.

Located on Rua do Paraíso, this apartment boasts a prime location in the heart of Porto. Just a short walk away is the imposing Lapa Church, a historic landmark featuring a magnificent pipe organ, where you might be lucky enough to catch a concert. Faria Guimarães metro station is less than 200 metres away, providing easy access to the whole city. A short 900-metre walk takes you to the vibrant Avenida dos Aliados and Rua Santa Catarina, brimming with shops and restaurants. Explore the Ribeira, with its stunning views of the River Douro and the Cais de Gaia. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of cafés and restaurants to enjoy. Getting Around:

Enjoy easy access to an extensive public transport network from the apartment. The metro station is conveniently located, offering quick and efficient connections throughout the city. For those arriving by car, paid parking is available nearby. The apartment is situated at Rua do Paraíso 57, Porto, Portugal.



Other Things to Note:

Keys are collected at our Welcome Center - at Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our staff discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to inspect the property, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 on the cost of water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! You just have to ask (consult us for the price)
