Zeer mooi hotel, uitstekend gelegen in centrum van oude stad. je kan overal te voet heen. Ongelofelijk gedienstig en vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende en ruime kamers met expressomachine, thé en water. Goede bedden en beddengoed. uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met vriendelijke en goede bediening. Wij zullen zeker terug gaan. Een dikke aanrader!!!

Mooie hotel, mooie grote kamers met prachtige badkamer, uitstekend ligging, echt centraal, Ontbijt in hotel was erg slecht,weinig keuze , het was de slechtste ontbijt in 5* hotel en dan voor 25 € pp, echt schandalig

Erg comfortabele kamer. Medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Ontbijt is heerlijk. De concierge print de boardingpasses voor je. Geweldig.

Fantastisch hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien. De medewerkers waren erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was ruim en erg comfortabel met een prachtige badkamer. Het restaurant is ook erg goed en ze hebben een dagmenu van 3 gangen en op zaterdag en zondag een verrukkelijk buffet.

Perfect hotel voor een bezoek aan Porto

Amazing hotel and incredibly well decorated comfortable rooms. The ONLY downside is that the entire area around the hotel is under construction for a new subway line. Otherwise, the hotel is a 10/10!

There is MAJOR CONSTRUCTION directly across the small street from the entrance. Jackhammers were being used until 11 pm on a Friday night. I mentioned this on checkout, and they said “the construction company has a permit to work 24/7.” I heard that twice. Maybe they do, but it is terrible to be a guest there at this time. Construction is complete in APRIL 2026. Do not stay there until then. It is a shame as otherwise it is a great hotel.

There is a lot of construction happening directly in front of the building. Getting to the front door requires walking on the edge of a busy street. The room was very warm, I tried twice calling the front desk to ask if they could cool the room down with no improvement. They offered to bring up a fan at 2:30am as a solution to it being hot.

The hotel was amazing. Best shower, best bed, awesome staff. So helpful. The area around the hotel is under construction so you must navigate around that. If you have a car, you must valet. Location is perfect. Loved this hotel!!

Gorgeous hotel, the room was beautiful and one of the most comfortable bed we had in a long time. The staff was very professional and helpful and made us feel like VIP. There are a lot of constructions around the hotel but it’s not their fault. They were even thoughtful enough to provide hear plugs.

Look no further this hotel is simply outstanding! FIVE STARS all around! From the service, to the location, to the restaurant and bar! Everything was just great... The decor and the marble floors are impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable and everything was within walking distance from the hotel. My favorite part of the hotel was most definitely the restaurant. I loved their food and the staff was phenomenal. They really made my experience amazing. I cannot wait to visit again with my family!
