For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable single bed. Both are outfitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure optimal comfort during your stay.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, if you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a highchair are available for your convenience.

Complimentary street parking is readily available, ensuring convenience and eliminating parking concerns.

Gulpilhares is a civil parish located in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia. Situated along the Atlantic coast, Gulpilhares is known for its beautiful beaches, scenic landscapes, and rich cultural heritage.

One of the main attractions in Gulpilhares is its coastline, which stretches for several kilometers and boasts sandy beaches, rocky cliffs, and stunning ocean views. Praia de Miramar is one of the most popular beaches in the area, known for its iconic Chapel of Senhor da Pedra, a picturesque chapel perched on a rocky outcrop overlooking the sea.

In addition to its natural beauty, Gulpilhares is home to several historic sites and cultural attractions. The Church of Gulpilhares, dating back to the 12th century, is a notable landmark in the parish, featuring various architectural styles, including Romanesque and Baroque.

Gulpilhares is a charming and peaceful area, offering visitors a chance to relax and unwind in a beautiful coastal setting. The parish is also known for its traditional festivals and events, such as the Feast of Saint John, which takes place every June and is celebrated with street parties, fireworks, and live music.

The property is easily accessible by taxi, uber, and car.

The nearest train station, Miramar, is just a 33-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 24-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
