This lovely apartment is designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and everything you need for a memorable stay. Ideal for up to 2 adults and 2 children, the apartment features two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room suitable for two children.

Step into the bright living room, where a large L-shaped sofa invites you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the wall-mounted TV. Large windows fill the space with natural light and provide direct access to the outdoor terrace.

A true highlight of the property, the terrace features a private hot tub and a comfortable seating area, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings, peaceful mornings, or simply enjoying the fresh air.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, as well as modern appliances including a stove, oven, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy all the comforts of home. A compact dining area provides a cozy space to share meals together.

The apartment offers comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed, a wooden headboard, and a small desk—ideal for remote work or planning the day ahead. Large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere, while access to a small balcony provides an additional outdoor space to enjoy a quiet moment. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate up to two children, making the apartment a great choice for small families.

Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials needed to freshen up after a day of exploring, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor. Please note, there is no elevator in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A charming and well-located apartment in Porto, set in one of the city’s most vibrant and authentic neighborhoods. Guests are within walking distance of Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and the Crystal Palace Gardens, as well as a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and local boutiques.

The historic center, Avenida dos Aliados, São Bento Station, and the Ribeira riverside are all easily accessible on foot. Surrounded by Porto’s unique architecture and lively atmosphere, it’s an ideal base for discovering the city’s culture, gastronomy, and historic charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Lapa (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 8–10 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Porto city centre and surrounding areas.

The nearest train station, Porto São Bento (CP – urban and regional lines), is about a 20–25 minute walk or a 10-minute drive from the property.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
