The open-plan layout flows seamlessly into the dining area, featuring a stylish wooden table where you can enjoy meals together or plan your next adventure.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and contemporary appliances, including a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a delicious home-cooked meal.

Large windows fill the apartment with natural light while offering stunning views across the cityscape and river, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The spacious bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space for your belongings. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The en-suite bathroom features a refreshing shower, with fresh towels and a hairdryer provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment on the 5th floor, easily accessible via an elevator, ensuring a comfortable stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, ideally located on Avenida da República, with excellent access to Porto and Gaia’s main attractions. Guests can easily reach the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, the historic Ribeira district, and the famous Port Wine Cellars, where they can enjoy tastings and breathtaking views over the Douro River.

The area is well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. Nearby, guests can also enjoy a variety of cafés, restaurants, local shops, and the vibrant atmosphere of central Gaia.

It’s an excellent base for discovering the culture, gastronomy, history, and riverside charm of both Vila Nova de Gaia and Porto.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, General Torres (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Porto city centre and other areas of Vila Nova de Gaia.

The nearest train station, General Torres, is also within a short walking distance, offering convenient connections to Porto and other destinations in northern Portugal.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
