Centrally located, this accommodation is the perfect base for enjoying everything the city has to offer.

The apartment features a small kitchenette equipped with a cooking plate, fridge, and kettle, providing everything you need to prepare simple meals and refreshments during your stay. You will also have access to a private balcony, perfect for relaxing with your morning coffee or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The room offers a comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to freshen up, including clean towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

Free WiFi is available throughout the apartment, and fresh towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.

For your convenience, guest support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also store your luggage free of charge at our Welcome Center if you arrive early or wish to explore the city after check-out.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This address enjoys a central location in Porto, just a short walk from Clérigos Tower, Livraria Lello, and Avenida dos Aliados. The area is surrounded by charming cafés, local restaurants, and the vibrant Cedofeita district, while São Bento Station, Bolhão Market, the Crystal Palace Gardens, and the Ribeira waterfront are all easily reached on foot.

You can take the Trindade metro station, then 5 min walking to the apartment.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
