Welcome to my home!

This is a modern, central Studio, in a residential area, located 500m far from Dragão Stadium.

It's an open-space well-designed flat, featuring a double sofa-bed (complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided for your comfort), TV, a nicely equipped kitchenette and a comfortable bathroom.

All the essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, a coffee maker, and a fridge are available. In the bathroom, apart from the needed bathtub, sink and toilet, a towel-drier is available, and you'll also find fresh towels and free toiletries supplied on arrival.

From the nice balcony, that comes with a small table and chairs for 2, a fantastic view to the Stadium is a plus!

For your health and safety, the flat has been professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Guests will have access to the entire home!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The Antas neighborhood is mainly residential and the Dragão Stadium area is particularly modern, with recent or totally refurbished buildings.
The Stadium, the Porto team Museum, and the Dolce Vita Mall are three important spots not to be missed and so close to my Studio!
From this area you can easily walk to other close neighborhoods, as Bonfim, Fontainhas (do not miss the fantastic views here!) and Poveiros. Even if you prefer to use the common transports, thais won't be an issue, as the metro station is only 500m far from GuestReady - Antas Studio,

The Airport is a 20 minutes car drive, or a 50 minutes metro trip from GuestReady - Antas Studio!
The closest metro station is Dragão (as per the stadium's name), only 500m far and from here you'll be able to reach every point in Porto's area.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. 

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included)
