This charming 140m² house is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a diverse selection of restaurants, offering a variety of culinary experiences.

Spanning three floors, the house features one bedroom on each level, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Each bedroom is elegantly furnished with a double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, a flat-screen TV for entertainment, air conditioning, and WiFi. Additionally, all bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, thoughtfully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Please note that all the bedrooms are accessible via stairs.

The open-concept kitchen provides a perfect setting for socializing while preparing meals and is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a microwave. For added convenience, the house is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The property is centrally located in Porto's historic district, offering easy access to several notable attractions. Just 130 meters away, the iconic Clérigos Tower, an 18th-century baroque masterpiece, provides breathtaking panoramic views of the city. A short 300-meter walk leads to Livraria Lello, one of the most beautiful bookstores in the world, renowned for its stunning architecture. São Bento Railway Station, located about 600 meters away, captivates visitors with its elaborate azulejo tilework depicting scenes from Portuguese history.

Approximately one kilometre from the property, the lively Cais da Ribeira along the Douro River is filled with colourful buildings, charming restaurants, and bars. Praça da Liberdade, situated 500 meters away, serves as a central hub surrounded by impressive architecture and historical statues. The neighbourhood also boasts a variety of dining options, ranging from traditional Portuguese restaurants to contemporary eateries. Additionally, the location features striking street art by local artists, adding to its vibrant and artistic character.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train and subway station, São Bento, is just a 6-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
