As you enter, you'll immediately notice the warm and inviting ambiance. The studio features a tasteful color palette with soft hues that create a soothing atmosphere. Natural light pours in through large windows, making the space feel open and airy.



It has 25 m² and it's on the 1st floor, accessed by stairs only. It is possible for apartment C and apartment D to be rented together, as they are connected to each other.



It has 1 fully equipped bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.



The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave/grill, microwave, kettle and a coffee machine.



It has access to cable TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and an iron. The building has a washing machine available for the use of all guests.



You will have access to the entire apartment and amenities, without any restrictions and on an exclusive basis.



We have a "Welcome Center" at Rua do Loureiro nº134, where we check-in and check-out. There you can also leave your luggage and learn more about our transfer services, cruise, wine tasting, guided tours and much more. We provide conditions of comfort and safety!
