TLDR; loved this hotel, but it has bed bugs.
First off I’ll start by saying before we discovered the bed bugs, we loved this hotel. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The interior decor and vibe was so inviting and cozy and cute. We booked the smallest room and still felt like for the price, we had everything we needed. Love the complimentary drinks and free light breakfast bag that gets delivered to your door. Unfortunately, we did not get to fully enjoy these amenities. In our first room, we found a squished and very easily recognizable bed bug. It was on the top sheet beneath the blanket. After finding it, we looked along the mattress and found many things that further indicated bed bugs. We went to the receptionist and asked for a new room and they were very nice and apologetic and put us in a new room immediately. Since we had bed bugs in one room, we made sure to check the next one.. and again.. more bed bugs. This time between the creases of the mattress. Against our better judgement we decided to try one more room and this time we found bed bud droppings (like shedded skin) between the sheets. After this, we decided to leave and they gave us a full refund. Again, customer service was 10/10.. but that doesn’t negate the bed bugs. I was so excited for this place and was very disappointed it didn’t work out.
