'The place was spacious and had great facilities like the barbecue pit and also 3 bathrooms were very welcome. Close to all the important parts of portimao and the staff were informative and responsive. Only issue is that its in a quiet residential neighbourhood so if you're looking to party then best try somewhere else!'

'We had a fantastic 10-day stay. Beautiful, relaxing villa, with a fantastic pool, set in a quiet location. Spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Great communications from the host and lovely house manager. Would highly recommend it for families, couples or groups.'

'We had a lovely week in this villa.Was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed.In a good area within walking distance to supermarkets and eating places.We could even walk to the beach and nearby resort of Prai darocha.Nicely decorated and plenty towels for everyone.A few things need a bit of attention ie,no locks on bathroom doors which caused a bit of a problem as 3 different families with 3 teenagers had a few embarrassing moments.Shower room on the top floor could only be used...

'We were a group off 7 persons ( adults , teenagers and little one ). Very good location near to Alvor , but you need a car to visit the area . The house was spotless , stayed 2 weeks and after 1 week new sheets, cleaning off the house . Everything what you needed was available, the pool very clean and nice size . Would recommend to everyone and hope to come again one day'

'We went with 10 family members (incl. one with a rollator) for 7 days to this house. We where called to get in earlier. And the owner zelf was there to show us his great house. It is even better than on the pictures. Very big and we have enjoyed playing golf and tennis. Breakfast we had op the roof terras with a stunning view. We had 3 cars hired but we didn’t doe a lot. We really loved this house and enjoyed it with all of us. BBQ, long evenings under the veranda and also cooked every day...

"The main building with view rooms was great But the other building where the most rooms where was disappointed over all. No value for money. The pool was great. The food under the level. We also eat one evening in the Michelin Star hotel. It was from the food side a total disappointment and much to exepensive. Wenn you pay more than 600€ for a night and they asked 5€ for a soft drink I have my questions. Then I feel it is only about money and not about the core business. And we eat at an other recommended restaurant who become in 2025 a Michelin star and the food was great and the price more than 50% cheaper."
