'Our stay couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with easy access to all major sights. The room and bathroom were spotless. Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. His kindness didn’t stop there—he also helped us communicate with the towing company since we don’t speak Italian, making a stressful situation much...

'De locatie was perfect, tussen de "funicular" en het historische centrum. Het hotel ziet er mooi uit, de kamer aan de kleine kant, maar dat is geen bezwaar. De douche was ook nogal nauw. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg. Eigenlijk over het algemeen alles positief.'

'Easily found hotel on the main road, therefore there is some traffic noise if you have a room at the front. Room was good, with a comfortable bed, and very clean. The lady and gentleman who checked us in/out were very friendly. The walk into town from the hotel is doable and fairly level, where you can then take the funicular up to the old town (just beware it closes early - 7.30pm when we visited in October). '

'The location was amazing. It was very close to all the main sights such as the duomo, museums and the underground tour. There were lots of great restaurants within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking in some basic provisions that we had expected would be provided such as toilet paper, pillow cases for the extra pillows which we required, drying towels for dishes, Also of importance is that to there is not parking spot provided which we understood from the website...
