'Cockroach on 2nd floor. Bug in my room. Carpet from the 90s. Bathroom not clean. I asked for a room near the elevators and he put me at the exit door. Very disappointing considering I had stayed multiple nights. I won't be back. Staff unfriendly.'

'I have stayed in a number of Hampton Inn and this property needs to be better maintained. Unfortunately we had to change rooms due to a non-working TV and due to a key lockout due to a power surge from a storm. The staff responded very quickly reprogramming room keys for new and existing customers. All in all, the staff was expedient and friendly. Please improve the breakfast selection and quantity on the weekend. It was nearly gone at 8:30 in the morning.'

'This was the worst didnt even stay dirty sheets small pillows not enough linens eberything smeared like not even cleaned. It was musty muggy and hot. The pictures and review have done nothing for this horrible experience. Staff rude and not helpful just walk by ignore you. Very upset drove 4 hours for a motor cross championship just to drive all the way home with a 9 year old and 16 month old at that. Very disappointing.'

'Het hotel is erg mooi en netjes en ligt goed gelegen. Wat ik jammer vond is dat ik een non smoking room kreeg (volgens mij is het hele hotel non smoking) maar het tapijt rook duidelijk nog naar sigaretten. Het is dus in het verleden denk ik een smoking room geweest en dat ruik je nog. '

'Mary @ Front Desk was more than just that, she is a superstar and made us feel important and not invisible. She went above and beyond to help us when our reservation was canceled even after we were checked in.... it was a nightmare, but she helped us immensely. I will recommend The Spark to anyone traveling in Waldorf! We will also be back in the future.'

'Had the worse experience! I will never stay here again. We arrived at the hotel at almost 9:30 from a 10hr drive. Get everything situated at check in, we head up to our room and we walk to a dirty room, trash still in the room dirty sheets piled up on the couch, bed unmade like someone just rolled out of it. Irritated was beyond words. Head back down and they lucky had another room for 1 night that we was able to stay in, but the up keep was not what the pictures showed. This room had broken...

'The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite'
