This peaceful area has so much to offer ! 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, new patio by the pond, with a fire table for the fall, sectional couch, weber bbq grill , umbrella, beach umbrellas beach chairs, outdoor shower, 3 smart TVs trails to the ocean & two pools (North pool is heated during cooler months) this is a very safe area (we have had a bears & alligators occasionally so be on the watch out) Nice public bathrooms too by the beach access and public parking area, great for your boat.
This 4 bedroom Home has, 1 King, 2 queen beds, a full/ twin bunk bed. 2 bathrooms each have a shower and a tub.Dining seats 6-10. outdoor dining seats 6. Fully equipped kitchen with an Island bar electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, stainless fridge with clean water and duel ice dispenser! Griddle, toaster, a drip coffee maker & coffee&creamers, tea , most items in the garage can be used by the guests, the bikes, bike baskets, beach chairs, umbrella, bike wagon, beach blankets, beach towels, cooler, bbq grill, please clean after using the items. Outdoor shower and hoses. Charcoal is inside the grill.

We are new owners We will be at the property occasionally to check on the house and to stay in the winter months and also between guest stays. We will be upgrades as we stay, and deep clean. such a great area to relax and to explore the out doors! St.Joseph state park on Cape San Blas. St George Island, Tate hell park, and Apolachacola are fun to visit We hope you enjoy, relax and have great memories with your family during your stay. allowing 6-8 guest max, that includes children.
