This tidy and comfortable vacation rental is located just a short walk from the warm white sands of Mexico Beach, one mile from Gulf County Veterans Memorial Park at Beacon Hill, and within 10 miles of the Cape San Blas Lighthouse and George Core Park (Lighthouse Park), making it a perfect romantic beach retreat or solo adventure.

Inside, you'll find a galley-style kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your morning coffee or a full-course dinner. Dine together or bust out the board games at the adjacent table and then settle back on the sofa bed in the living area and stream your favorite channels into the evening.

Outside, enjoy a covered patio with a pub-height table and chairs for alfresco dining, and access to a washer/dryer to help you keep your laundry under control during your stay.

Great location
Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Only wish we could see the sunset from little patio, but luckily the short walk allowed us to catch the views. Perfect for two people and 1-2 kids. Foldaway couch had slight odor was the only complaint.

Great location, extremely clean, great interior/exterior, less than a 2 minute walk to the beach. Amazing place, that would definitely deserve a 5-Star rating, for the exception that it had apparently just been fumigated for bugs, and the odor gave us headaches every morning. Even after leaving all the windows open for over 4 hours while we were gone to the beach.

Cute condo
We enjoyed our stay here! A walk right to the beach, and all the essentials needed are there. Only "complaint" is that you can hear every step the upstairs neightbors make, which can be a lot in the middle of the night.

I like the location of the property and it is close to the beach. It needs some attention before anyone else books a stay. Someone before us spilled something on the couch leaving it unusable and left a ton of cigarette butts on and by the porch sitting area. There was dirty bedding in the floor of the closet. It also needs to be sprayed for bugs as we killed a few in our short stay there. I’m sure they would’ve done something if we requested but we told them we would only be there for 2 days and not to worry about it until we left.

Everything was clean and in order. The fishing beach cart was a huge plus!!! Held poles, cooler, umbrella, beach chairs, bait and tackle.

Great location and price
Great location that is only 70 yards to the beach. The beach was not heavily occupied and was beautiful! The property was clean and easily accessible. The only drawback is that this is a lower unit and occupancy of the upper unit leads to a lot of noise. The microwave was not operational but the management company supplied a loaner within a couple of days. Overall, our stay was a positive experience. The price is very reasonable and the property was clean. Also, Mexico Beach was wonderful.
