THE SPACE
Hot Tub/Spas: Large, cleaned and maintained twice weekly.
Tesla EV Chargers: One on each side of the duplex (bring your own charging wire and adapter for the 220V outlet).
The outdoor area is designed with your enjoyment in mind, featuring ample bar seating, a gas grill, and a large hot tub for soaking up the stunning Gulf views.

- Residential elevator (please note elevator service cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- The guest accommodations can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
- Starr Dust 2, the adjoining duplex, also sleeps 18 and can be rented for larger groups.
- A strict minimum age requirement for renters is enforced. Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- Bringing a pet? Please check with us on size and number limits for pets.

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.
