Great house that comes with all you need in kitchen, bathrooms. Pool area is main event and the TV is great for music and lights around pool for evenings. I will definitely book this home again

First the booking was sooo easy, maybe because I booked it on the APP? Once we arrived check in was easy and when we walked in everything was inviting and ready to be enjoyed. The outside pool area was the best as we are from northern Michigan and sitting outside hadn’t been done for months. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.no issues and Would rent again if available. Great place to unwind.

The property was very clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The only issue we had was both bathrooms ran out of toilet paper on the last day and we couldn't find any more anywhere in the house.

Well first, the interior of the home was very clean, with few exceptions. There is a step down into the livingroom which needs to be mentioned in the listing as it can be problematic and makes it difficult to get around if you have mobility issues. The kkitchen is

Great PSL rental

Anyone needing a place to stay in Port St. Lucie, you can't go wrong here. The rental was spotless, everything you need was there and its a good neighborhood. The pool and patio area was definitely the highlight, while we were there the pool maintenance people came as well as grounds maintenance so you see the owner takes good care of the facilities. Great place to rent and we would definitely rent again. We have rented VRBOs a number of times so we have a pretty good idea what to look for and expect. On the positive side, the property was very clean and the host very friendly. However, the pots and pans in the kitchen were in terrible shape. Scratched and rusted. I feared cooking with them. The beds were VERY uncomfortable. Like sleeping on a board. I had to go out and purchase foam mattress toppers to make them comfortable. We had a very difficult time with the thermostat. We arrived in January when the nights were going down into the 30's and the thermostat was set to 50 degrees. There were no blankets in the house. Just sheets and thin bedspreads. We froze the first night. The host came over the next day and he could not figure out how to use it. He said he would have his handyman come over. That took a good week, and the handyman couldn't figure it out either. The windows are single paned and the weather stripping on several of them was loose and their was cold air coming in which added to the cold. The pool pump broke and was making a very loud screeching noise to the point we were afraid we were a) bothering the neighbors and b) the pump was going to start smoking. The pool cleaner said to unplug it and that we should be fine for 3 days without a pump. He contacted the host and it took him 9 days to bring a new pump. It is not a quiet neighborhood. The house is about 100 feet from a main thoroughfare with a roundabout. The cars and construction vehicles that go through there and very loud and made it difficult to talk to each other when outside.

They have update the kitchen utensils there's old utensils, old bath and hand towels, they only provide one garbage bag, no blankets in the living room they have to update so many things in the house

Nice but can be better!

Overall, the house is very nice and in a nice location. There are certain things that can be better paid attention to, for example, pool is not as clean as it should be. They also have a high chair, but it was very sticky and dirty. Grill that is there was also very very dirty from previous renters I assume, so we ended up buying our own. There were dirty sponges in the kitchen and only one extra garbage bag. Everything thing else was nice and clean- basically main areas, but those little things matter too, like clean pool, clean highchair if offering etc. I also got the check in requirements one hour before we were supposed to check out and I didn't see it, obviously busy cleaning up the space and making sure things are left in order- would be good if sent the night prior. Nice stay overall.
