The entire home, pool, lanai, and game room are yours, no shared spaces, no interruptions. Self-check-in by smart lock, with parking for several vehicles in the driveway. Note: one small closet in the master bath is reserved for owner and cleaning supplies; a separate closet in the master bath is yours to use.

All guests use the property at their own risk, must exercise reasonable caution, and must supervise children at all times, especially around the pool, which is not fenced. The host and owners are not liable for any accident, injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from use of the property during the stay. By confirming the reservation, the booking guest accepts full responsibility for their party and any visitors and is financially responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
