'This unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood provides a lovely view of the ocean with the calming sound of distant breakers. The double mattress is very soft, and we noticed a few ants in the kitchen but the home was otherwise clean and well equipped. A moderate walk (or short drive) down the hill takes you to a wonderful little cove with rocky outcrops to explore or just watch the waves crash for hours. Simply delightful.'

'This property was just what we needed. I am going back to school in a week and this will give me the energy to get started. After we got the fire going, it stayed warm in the house. Though some curtains downstairs to help keep in the warm would be helpful.'
