It is not uncommon to spot close-by pelicans, dolphins, and manatees and the more distant views capture a large span of the Intracoastal Waterway. A quiet swimming pool is located just steps away and there is nearby access to one of the best beaches in the US.

The unit, which has been recently renovated with granite countertops, tile floors, and brand new furnishings has an extremely comfortable feel for two guests and a pull-out couch provides extra sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and eating utensils, and an eat-in bar. The comfortably-sized bathroom is connected to both the bedroom and living area and comes with both bath and beach towels.

The unit has central AC, an accessible thermostat, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, and a wall mounted 40 inch Samsung HD TV w/DVD, as well as a 19-inch wall mounted Samsung flatscreen TV in the bedroom. The bedroom features a brand new king bed with multiple sets of high count 100% cotton sheets. Plantation shutters provide either bedroom darkness in the early mornings or awakening sunshine as the sun rises above Gasparilla Sound.

The property is part of the Boca Grande Club with the Gulf-front access a 10 minute walk or quick golf cart ride down the street. Amenities offered by the Club include the 'Upper Deck' casual restaurant, a more formal 'Clubhouse' restaurant at beach level, poolside lunch and drink service, 3 pools with complimentary towel service, a 'Tiki Bar', a newly renovated fitness facility offering private training and massage, 8 clay tennis courts (2 can be lit for night time play) with 2 tennis pros from November to May, a small retail tennis shop, beach chaises and beach umbrellas.

Programs offered by the Club include Circuit Training, Yoga, Aquatics, Zumba and Bridge. Club staff are courteous and knowledgeable and will happily provide recommendations on restaurants, shopping, golf, fishing, and other activities in the Boca Grande area. The Club also rents bicycles and golf carts which are both excellent ways to explore this island. Internet service is available throughout the property.

Boca Grande is recognized prized for its fishing and is known as the “Tarpon Capital of the World.” In addition to Tarpon, the area is home to a remarkable diversity of light-tackle, offshore, and fly-fishing grounds that provide world-class angling year round. Boat rentals are available nearby and fishing guides can schedule pick-ups and drop-offs at the marina located right by the condo. Boaters and nature lovers can also schedule reasonably priced day trips to Ussepa Island and Cabbage Key, as well as sunset cruises, aboard the Boca Boats charter. The island's e island’s beaches stretch for miles and offer offer great walking, shelling, swimming or simply relaxing and reading by the water.
