This spacious beachfront home sleeps 10 with 3 upstairs bedrooms featuring Queen beds and Full/Full and Twin/Twin bunk beds in the downstairs 4th bedroom. Each upstairs bedroom has outdoor access to a shared porch that overlooks the coastline while the downstairs bedroom has access to a private porch that looks out to the quiet neighborhood.
The home is newly updated with mid-century modern decor that makes for a stylish space and will allow you to relax comfortably after a long day at the beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped with the proper cookware, plateware, and utensils needed to make gourmet meals but don't forget to share your treats at our dining table set for 8. We also have your morning cup of coffee covered, our kitchen has two coffee makers that make watching the sunrise or sunset even warmer. If you need laundry services during your stay, we have a laundry closet containing a full size washer and dryer.
Our back porch can adapt to any mood you're feeling! Gently rock back and forth in the ocean breeze while laying in the hammock or take a seat and have a laugh around some good company in one of our oversized beach chairs. On the ground floor we have a large picnic table perfect for the whole family along with a private outdoor shower. Feel comfortable taking your pup outside or let your little ones play safely in our fenced grass yard that sits right in front of the beach!
There are plenty of parking spaces for your group to utilize! Parking is available in the driveway or between the pilings. Please be cautious when driving between the pilings, the space will be tight and therefore larger vehicles may need to collapse their side mirrors.
