Surprise Shenanigans

For our annual Cousins’ Trip, we booked a rental because it had two large bunk rooms and two king rooms for the cousins and the adults. The day we made our last installment (no cancellations), we were notified that the house we rented was not available. The rental agency found a house that was comparable, which we appreciated very much. The space for the kids allowed them to be together, while the adults had a little privacy. The trip was saved due to the care of the rental team to find a house with similar amenities. A good time was had by all!

much needed break

We went for my wife's 70th birthday for a needed break from our busy life. Sea It All fit the description and prescription for some rest and relaxation. It was such a good time, we added a day to our stay. The place was really big with comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and great sitting areas. The upper floor and deck was really nice, but the two of us rarely ventured upstairs. We spent a lot of time on the deck mesmerized by the tide and the waves. You had to walk a few houses down to access the beach, but the separation due to vegetation added an element of privacy. The location was excellent.....vey close to Big Store, Tia Juanita's, Stingaree, and our fantastic massage therapist Vanessa Carpenter (who is not closed as Google states). It was off-season timing, so there was nobody staying in the houses around us. This meant dark skies with lots of star gazing and a very quiet environment. The TV internet went out for a while, but that happens every time we go to the Bolivar. It's known as an area with spotty service. I always bring my own hotspot and HDMI cable to watch our favorites shows and movies. We got into building puzzles and bought a 3-D cat puzzle at the Big Store. Check it out if you don't mind being crosseyed for part of you stay. We have stayed on the Bolivar several times and feel like Sea It All earned a return visit.

The perfect view!

We are regulars at Crystal Beach, and this is by far our favorite property we’ve stayed at! The home was spacious and perfect for the two of us - lots of privacy! But would be a great place to stay for a large group. The decks and views were incredible! 10/10 would stay again!

Beautiful Home

Previous communication with the owner, before we arrived, said there were 2 types of coffee pots. There is not a store close by so I bought everything we would need for 15 people including pods. There was not a pod machine. This caused several to be very upset about not having coffee. Both ice machines were broken. The middle grill was not clean setting off the fire alarm several times. We found several closets really dirty and beer bottle caps all over the upper balcony. We sent in emails and after 6 hours we got a call. We were also told maintenance would come but then in the call were told there was no maintenance on staff for the weekend. They did say they would credit us $50 but after the alarm went off at least 10 times trying to make dinner. $50 did not seem enough as we had to have doors open bringing in bugs and fans to try and keep it from going off. I did not call on the cleaning as this happened after the other call .. a Beautiful home but frustrated with things like the cleaning and appliances not working and knowledge of what is in the homes they rent out.

Our stay

We enjoyed our house, even though it was not the house that we had signed up and paid for. Last day we got a call or I called our host and he told me they had checked the house for mill due and it had that problem. So we could not stay there. We orig was scheduled when Beryl came in and got rescheduled Than the Millie. We canceled with promised refund full. So we looked for a house that was beach front and would house 20. The only house available we took the only available house. So it was not appropriate for our group but we used it and the place was all it said it would be.

Beautiful Spacious Beach House

Beautiful property! Every bedroom was furnished nicely and all had an ocean view. Extremely clean and well maintained. This property works well for adults and families. We would definitely rent this beautiful home again.

Perfect weekend

The property was perfect for our small group of teens. The two bunk rooms were perfect if you have multiple kids in your group. The home sit at the end of a small cup de sac so it was very private and right in the beach. The inside was was decorated perfectly and had literally everything we needed.

Great view and location! Large living area perfect for hanging out!

Our group had a fantastic stay at this property. The large living area was great for hanging out and having dinner for our group. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were plentiful for everyone. The view from the deck is definitely worth it. The garage storage space was also very handy for Storing our personal items while we were exploring the area. The only downside was that we wished the bbq grill was gas and much larger, but we ended up doing most of the cooking indoors. Overall fantastic property that we enjoyed and would definitely return to. Much thanks for having us!!

Very nice house

We chose this house for our annual family beach vacation. Outside is gorgeous!!! One thing that would make this house five star would be a walk over. Having to walk a few houses down for beach entry defeated the purpose of renting a beachfront property. Downstairs was gorgeous as well. I love that it wasn’t cramped.. plenty of room for our large family. The only downfalls inside the house we’re upstairs. The full over full bunk room was extremely cramped.. you could not access the closet how they have the beds arranged. We had to push both full over full bunks together in order to get to the closet. The built-in bunk room was phenomenal. The only thing I would add would be a handrail to go to the top bunks since it’s steep. The other bedroom upstairs has a King size bed and its own bathroom. That room is amazing as well! The other two bathrooms upstairs had mold in the cabinets under the sinks. And the smell as soon as you walk upstairs from the mold was overpowering at times. We did go to the big store and purchase damprid to put in both bathrooms to try to absorb some of the moisture. I did notify management and told them not to worry about it until we checked out. They had someone there waiting to go assess the mold as we were checking out. The upstairs and downstairs balcony were probably my favorite places in the whole house. Overall this house was pretty awesome and we would stay here again!

Beautiful home and enough space

We planned a quick trip for a family of 18. There was plenty of space. I am so in love with the aroma that filled the home. The host thought of everything by having a fully equipped kitchen. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful place for families to stay at Crystal Beach

We had a great weekend getaway for our family in this home. Thank you for wonderful memories! It is well stocked, and the deck looking out to the beach is such a beautiful view. We extended our check out time not once but twice. I felt terrible contacting them so much, but they handled it so well and were able to process my payment quickly to allow us to stay another half day. They were extremely accomodating to our family. Two of the TVs upstairs were missing power cords for the part that makes them Smart TVs, and unfortunately both of those rooms were for our family members we invited to come with us. I felt bad about that since we told them they had a TV for Netflix, etc. We let the owners know, so I’m sure this will be addressed for future renters.
