Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, Aria is THE beachfront home for your vacation. If you’re looking for a house with lots of space, you’ve found it! This 1700 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 16 people comfortably. You will fall in love with the view. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise while you drink your morning coffee on the gated deck. There is ample large deck furniture to easily relax and enjoy panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The open concept living/dining/kitchen space has contemporary beachy decor, and laminate flooring throughout. Aria has a large, modern kitchen featuring a subzero refrigerator, granite countertops, granite bar, ample cabinet space and a pantry with all the cookware you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a regular drip coffee maker. There is kitchen and dining seating for 13. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also at the premises.

The primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom features 2 full size beds. In the fourth bedroom you will find 2 sets of built-in bunk beds (full-over-full). Bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and the home offers high speed internet for your devices.

Downstairs, there is an amazing bar area that has a full sink, counter and charcoal BBQ grill. This is the perfect place to have a gathering of family and friends!
Beach chairs and toys are available for guest use. This house has all you need to make everyone in the family happy. Make Aria your choice for your next visit to Crystal Beach!

Small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The railing obstructed view a good bit from bedroom. Biggest issue was the bird poop everywhere in the front porch and sand all over steps when we arrived. Access to beach is a little too accessible. A car was parked right in front of the beach house with someone sitting in their car near the public bathroom the whole stay. Made us a bit uncomfortable. We ended up leaving a day early.

Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. My only wish would be more than 2 extra trash bags they were tiny. Otherwise everything was great! Watched some stellar sunrises. Everyone had a great time. Thank you for a much needed family get away!

Wonderful time with friends and family. Perfect location. Great house!

We really enjoyed our trip. The arcade games were a huge hit for all ages. Location is spot on. On the beach and beach access so you can easily walk over or drive over. The porch is very accommodating with chairs to sit or sun! The views from inside are amazing (although why would you want to be inside?) plenty of dining seating for the whole family. Bedrooms are very nice and I did mention to the office they should wash, or at least provide mattress covers but not a big deal, just a thought for someone a little picky that might complain. We paid for the linens and I think I prefer that just so we know they are clean from the start. And I have to say, they are folded and wrapped and labeled. Excellent! The Starbucks coffee machine would have been a big bonus however it went on the fitz but no worries there was a backup coffee pot. I feel sure they will have that back up and running. Ladies in the office are super nice, you can’t go wrong renting with Swedes! Down stairs shower was great… lots of seating down there too … but keep that bug spray handy … those monster mosquitos will tote you away or run you upstairs! Don’t forget to hit stingree’s for some good seafood and watch the boats go in and out on the bay. We will most certainly be back and unless the size of our group changes …this will be next years spot too! Oh, PS … the beach was amazing, super clean, we had perfect weather so no bugs down there, and lots of police presence to keep down the crazies! Thanks Swedes and crystal beach for another year of awesome memories!

Awesome place and location!

You are right on the beach. We were worried about the traffic going past since you are on the road but it really isn’t bad at all and never effected us. Downstairs area has a great set up for entertaining. Upstairs worked perfectly bedroom wise as it sleeps a lot. Kitchen was VERY well stocked. Honestly one of the best houses we have stayed at and we do a Galveston trip every year. Will definitely be renting this one again!

Wonderful

The place was amazing. We had my 16 year old daughters birthday party here and they loved every minute of it. The only complaint is that because of the location and people not wanting to pay to be on the beach, we had a few cars parked in front of the house and our cars. Also the water downstairs in the out door shower didn't have water pressure. The house was very clean, open layout, all the appliances, rooms, patio, upstairs and downstairs was amazing. I would stay in the home a hundred times over. Thank you again for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful home. Loved it.

Amazing beach house!!

We LOVED our stay here. This is the most perfect location to the beach. The place was so pretty with plenty of space and awesome features!! (Large fridge and freezer, stocked bar room with chairs, beach toys, etc.) The only negative thing I can say about our stay is sheets and towels were only included for a rather large charge. Other than that, this place is awesome and we will definitely be back!!

Bolivar Perfect House Location

We enjoyed our beach vacation at Aria! We will absolutely stay here again! Pros: 1. Right on beach with easy road access bc you are literally next to the entrance. 2. Upgraded house with lots of room to sleep. 3. Easy check in and checkout process. 4. Shower under house to rinse off sand before going inside. Cons: 1. Traffic bc you are right next to the entrance. 2. You have to pay extra for linen to be supplied and then you have to make the beds when they arrive 🤔 It’s vacation I don’t want to make beds or put away towels 🤣. 3. If you have the front rooms and people are still up on front porch it is very loud. 4. Random ppl came to get items from the garage and we were not notified in any way 🤷🏻‍♀️ Again would absolutely stay again and enjoyed our vacation!

Had a blast!

We had a great time. Only problem was how BUSY that part of the beach was. Homeless couple had camp right in front of the house (they fought and beat on each other constantly), loud music until 6am by other beach campers. But it’s summer time!! The house was beautiful and in a perfect location!
