Blowing trash in the lobby, the first room assignment smelled like an ashtray, the second room smelled like a kitchen sponge, very unclean, unswept floors, damp, moldy sheets, dirty toilet and shower, hot water took over fifteen minutes, AC unit with a broken cover and nearly falling off pumping out the mold, TV has vertical line that won't go away, wifi constantly dropped. 'Stay very clear of this property! Went in the room and it was full of live flying bugs and many dead bugs on the floor. The room reeked like smoke and mold and the door was visibly rusting.
I asked for a refund and the staff originally said no refund but mail he physically went to the room and observed the bugs himself. He apologized and gave me a full refund.'
