'Clearly a recent building or very well renovated given the paint smell when entering the room (wich was noticeable but gone very quickly when turning on the airconditioning).
Very light and modern setting with friendly and helpful staff.
Not directly to the beach so you’re located at a more quiet place. Yet the beach is less then a 5 minute walk where there’s a plethora of dining options to choose from along the coastline. Divided with cute little beach shops in between.

'we had a great experience. Everyone was so nice. It was convenient to the beach and also to go to the other side to the Bayside. It’s a beautiful hotel. The management and staff were very nice and gracious and helpful coffee spot on location. Pools were heated and wonderful I recommend.'

'Nice clean room with all the amenities you need for a long stay. Full size fridge/kitchen was nice and office space in the room was a definite plus. Was able to book a room same day thru Expedia after failed check in at a vacation rental. Very happy to have found this Residence Inn!'

'Not good. Pictures are NOT what it looks like. The rooms are so small you have to walk to other side 1 at a time. Not a deal breaker, but it was so very loud. The linens wers dirty, asked for a remote and was told to use our phone if there wasnt one. Then the next morning a man showed up that worked there in a yellow shirt and pushed the door open, thank god i had got my shirt on just in time. 'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels.
Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool.
The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'

'This place was terrible! Extremely dirty and gross. When we got to our room, there were stains on the sheets, one of the beds wasn’t made, mold in the shower, dirty toilet and when we asked to get another room, the attendant refused, we then asked for refunds he claimed he could not giving me a refund confirmation or show me that he canceled my reservation. I never received any refund. He was lying and was extremely rude and unprofessional. There were other guests in the lobby. Also complaining...
