The accommodation



Bec Point beach located just opposite the villa is ideal for swimming, sunbathing or walks along the coastline. Furthermore, the coastal path offers a pleasant walk, allowing you to discover marine landscapes and access other nearby beaches.

The villa can accommodate 10 travellers (+ baby)



It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen overlooking the lounge and a dining room.

You will have access to a large garden facing the sea with a large equipped terrace, a large outdoor table and 12 chairs, sun loungers, a hammock, 6 chairs, gas barbecue.



The house is perfectly suited for families, it is equipped for small and large children (baby bed, high chair, changing table…)



Upon entering the villa you will discover a large living space with lounge, dining room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, utility room and WC.

The entire ground floor and terrace are on one level with no threshold to cross, including the ground floor shower which has a wide access with double doors. Access to the house from the courtyard side is via a ramp, but this does not meet accessibility standards as there is no landing in front of the door. The ground floor bed is accessible to a person with reduced mobility on one side only (however, the bed is relatively high). Access from the terrace to the garden is via a ramp, but the garden is sandy and there is a step to access the promenade. The beach is accessible via a cemented boat ramp.
